Welcome to the website
of the Red Rose Cross Country League. Formed in
1970 to encourage competitive cross-country running
in the local area, the league holds four fixtures
each year, usually from October to December and
caters for both men and women from 11 years and
upwards.
This site provides
information and results for, and about athletes
and affiliated clubs but the league also welcomes
participation from guests who may enter on the
day of the fixture and are eligible for individual
awards.
